Locomizer makes the list of 25 Top UK Startups according to Mashable. Thank you for the recognition Mashable and we understand that there is some room to grow as we are just #25 ;). As originally posted on Collider12 blog post, we are happy to announce that Locomizer was accepted to to the startup program Momentum, based in San Francisco.
The 12-week program provides the class with weekly workshops, networking dinners, and an enviable mentor list of Silicon Valley’s top 50 mobile executives. The program team consists of Mario Tapia (AT&T, Disney, Yahoo!), Arte Merritt (Motally,Yahoo!), and Mike Rowehl (Admob, Chomp, Metaresolver, Skyfire).
The Momentum program is more of a graduate level program, geared to help accelerate businesses in the mobile space, as opposed to teaching startup basics, making it perfect for Locomizer, who are more than ready to take on Silicon Valley.

We would love to share some exciting news. We have been accepted to the Collider12 (http://collider12.com/), a UK-based startup accelerator program initiated by Pembridge Partnership Ltd and backed by Creative England. We had to go through a rigorous selection process but we are extremely excited to be selected among other ten startups to participate in this dynamic and goal-oriented 13-week program. What makes it perfect for us is the Collider12’s B2B focus realized by “colliding” startups with big brands from the start. We hope to graduate from this program a well-rounded startup with a proven business model and solid client traction. What sweetens the deal is, of course the fact that locomizer will be getting £100,000 in investments, which will allow us to accelerate the development of our MVP. We are looking forward to be coached by the Collider12’s mentors and selected experts from different industries.
